Leaving Oz

During operation Pitch Black we saw the other kind of Osprey at the Mindil Beach Markets. We thought the other one was prettier.

We’ve seen behind the curtain, now it’s time to leave. We’ve checked out of Darwin and are officially cleared to leave Monday morning. We have the final produce shopping to do tomorrow and one more Sunday Roast dinner ashore at the Darwin Sailing Club but other than that we’ve finished our chores and are ready to move on. First stop will be Cocos-Keeling (technically still Australia – have we really left yet?)

The shipping desk at the local Customs office really wants to have a nautical theme, but please don’t ring the bell.
